Gia Bogetti

MY FOCUS IS ON BUSINESS LAW, FIRST NATIONS AND INDIGENOUS LAW, WILLS AND ESTATES, AND REAL ESTATE.

I was born and raised here in Kamloops and graduated from South Kamloops secondary. I attended Simon Fraser University and then Allard Law School at UBC. I started my law career with a downtown Vancouver law firm, but am now very happy to be back home in our wonderful city. I am particularly grateful to be a part of a firm that practices law with the same supportive and friendly approach that the Kamloops community is known for.

As a former athlete and coach, I know that there is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer to problems that may seem similar on the surface, and I enjoy crafting creative solutions for the unique circumstance of my clients. I have a well-rounded background as a general solicitor and am able to assist in a wide range of matters, however, my primary focus is corporate law. Whether you are looking to incorporate a new company, reorganize, buy or sell an existing business, or have any other business law needs, I am happy to help.

Outside of work, I am usually outdoors with my dog, exploring the natural playground around Kamloops. I enjoy hiking, biking, paddle boarding and skiing. I am also a proud member of the Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association board of directors and am always looking for ways to stay involved in our community.
